- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original product tags must remain attached and intact
- The original invoice must be included inside the return package
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage, perfume, stains, or alterations
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected after inspection.
2. Refund Policy
To maintain a fair and transparent process, refunds are subject to verification.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear uncut and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any refund or damage-related claim.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The shipping label visible on the package
- The complete unboxing process
- The condition of the product immediately after opening
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your returned item reaches our facility:
- Our team will inspect the product
- The unboxing video and return condition will be verified
- If approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours of successful verification
Please note that after the refund is initiated from our side, it may take additional business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Products without original tags
- Used, washed, or damaged products
- Returns requested after the 5-day window
- Products returned without the original invoice
- Items purchased during special clearance or final sale events (if mentioned)
